Meet The team

Steve Shepherd

Steve had a very successful business career that involved Career Life and Health services, Oil and Gas company President and CEO. He also served as a Senior level banking consultant for over 10 years. Choosing to limit the challenges of weekly airline travel, Steve became a Real Estate Broker and served in that industry for over 25 years and he is currently active in the Real Estate business.

After Steve chose to semi retire he began to realize the challenges that Seniors face from a financial perspective. Choosing to come out of retirement he wanted to help Seniors navigate these challenging waters. Steve became associated with Mom’s House who is a company who helps Seniors with advisory services to help them understand how to transition from independent living to assisted care communities and how to pay for that care.

Steve’s has two companies that help seniors make the transition. The first company is Mom’s Senior Living where he helps Seniors find the best communities based on their individual needs. His other company Senior Realty Solutions help Seniors find affordable methods to pay for the costs involved in assisted living.
